Chief Manager – Industrial / Commercial Billing:

• ACMA with 6 years post-membership experience in a utility company or
• MBA from HEC recognized university with at least 9 years experience in a utility company
• Minimum 4 years experience as Functional / Team Lead
• Strong expertise in billing operations, regulatory compliance, performance analysis, and budget management.

Deputy Chief Manager – Billing

• ACMA with 4 years post-membership experience in a utility company or
• MBA from HEC recognized university with minimum 6 years experience in a utility company
• Experience in billing systems, operational excellence, and revenue enhancement strategies

Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of IT risk management, cyber security, data integrity, and risk frameworks
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 31000, COBIT, ITIL will be preferred
• PEC registration mandatory (for engineers)

Engineer – Operational Risk Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of HSE, asset integrity, process safety management
• Familiarity with ISO 55001, ISO 45001, API standards
• Risk management certifications (CRISC, ISO 31000, NEBOSH, IOSH) will be a plus
• PEC registration is mandatory
